I have other Walgreens/Labcorps closer by my house, but I prefer coming to the Martinsburg location because of the amazing clinical staff. Heather and Krista always give exceptional care, and I have a hard time getting blood drawn because of my veins and they are they only one's that don't have to stick me a million times. And they are very compassionate and go above and beyond. The Walgreens staff are always so pleasant and quick to offer help, and the store is always clean and well stocked.
I have to give a lot of blood and I'm happy these ladies are here. They're quick efficient friendly and have gentle hands. Wouldn't go anywhere else for blood work.
This lab is so hit or miss. I arrived early for my appointment after fasting for hours, only to be told they couldn’t do anything because their system was down. There was no problem with my order — they were only seeing patients who brought printed paperwork, even though I’ve always been told it’s not needed. This was the only day I could do my expensive, time-sensitive labs. When I called for a refund, the representative was short and unhelpful, with no apology or empathy.
