The worst healthcare experience I have ever been a part of. I came here to get a drug test for employment. I needed to get this test done in a 24 hour window. I came during their hours and they were temporarily closed. I came early the next day because their website said they were not closed anymore. I arrived and waited for 2 hours before being told that they do not have the capabilities to perform a drug test. On top of this, no one answers the phone. Don’t bother! I booked my appointment weeks out, received confirmations, and even checked in for the appointment to find a sign they were closed and no answer at the phone number listed. Labcorp customer service was even confused as there were no reported outages.
Person collecting labs was very rude. We had an appointment but he told us our insurance did not cover and canceled our appointments without explaining what we should do. He just told us he has other patients to get to. But we have an appointment!
I'm surprised to see such low ratings for this Labcorp. My experience both times here has been wonderful, and both times it with Carlos as my tech (I think that is his name?). Anyway, he really helped me out today with a stat order. I appreciated his compassion and overall kindness. The results also come back pretty quickly (stat or no stat). Thank you!
I’ve tried to get bloodwork here a couple of times and there’s always an issue. From, your provider hasn’t sent the electronic paperwork to we only accept printed paperwork, it’s literally always an issue. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
