Overall, it was a very poor experience. I had an appointment scheduled for 1:45 PM, but I was hoping to get an earlier slot, so I arrived around 9:00 AM and checked in. The system offered an earlier time of 9:45 AM, which I accepted. I then waited for over an hour, during which several people who arrived after me were seen and completed their lab work. overall glad i was able to take an earlier slot than my original appointment time, but i've never been stuck like this before... the phlebotomist was very quick and mechanical to the point where she took the needle out of my arm so swiftly that it hurt. when she put the gauze and tape on, it felt very uncomfortable. when i checked later, i was bleeding much more than i normally do after getting my blood drawn, and the tape was directly on the stick site. she also didn't use my preferred name which was pretty annoying. didn't... read more
The staff were incredible! I enjoyed speaking with both girls working there on my last trip.
Friendly and professional staff members. The Phlebotomist’s have a very gentle touch and you don’t feel a thing.
