They were efficient and took care of business. I cant say they were overly friendly. It was more like a number on a paper type thing. Do this, then this, next up, and move down the line.
Amazing customer service. Very friendly staff who went above and beyond to ensure excellent service. So grateful to have been helped by them!
Have never had a good experience here. Staff is always unprofessional. No point in making appts because they will just help walk ins first anyways. Make an appt every time and its always 30 minutes+ later they are taking me back. Appts should be first served, thats the point.
Wasted a whole morning for a test that was done incorrectly. Nice people terrible at their jobs. Extremely unprofessional. Would advice to avoid this place at all costs.
Had an appointment at 10 am and was the only person waiting. While sitting in the waiting area 6 walkins came in. Although my name is at the top of their on screen list, Others (walk ins) are being seen before me. I’ve been waiting for an hour so far just for a mouth swab.
