I had an exceptional experience getting my bloodwork done here. Checking in on the kiosk as a walk-in was super easy, and I was called back in less than 5 minutes. The woman who helped me was awesome, very kind and gave me the most painless blood draw that I think I've ever experienced. It's the first time I've ever had blood drawn and not had a painful bruise for the next day or two. Definitely will be going back to this location for any future lab work!
Very disappointing experience. The staff appeared unprofessional and lacked proper proficiency. After my blood sample was taken, a black mark developed at the blood draw site. It has been 3 days, and instead of improving, the mark continues to increase. I expected better care and technique during such a routine procedure.
Extremely disappointing experience at Labcorp. The facility does not appear to maintain accurate wait times, which creates unnecessary frustration for patients who plan their schedules around the information provided. The worst part of the visit was the interaction with the blood work staff member. If you want your time wasted, this is the place to go! They are understaffed and won't tell you the approximate wait time. You can get an idea at other labs because you can see how many others are there. Here, you wait in the pharmacy until they let you into the lab.
This locations quality depends on who is working. I was here a month ago and the phlebotomist I had was very professional, and skilled. Unfortunately this morning (6/10) I had someone else for my follow up and she was rude and didn't know what she was doing by trying multiple times to get a vein on both arms. Every blood draw/donation I've ever had was quick and easy. She was blaming me making up multiple excuses for her incompetence.
