This locations quality depends on who is working. I was here a month ago and the phlebotomist I had was very professional, and skilled. Unfortunately this morning (6/10) I had someone else for my follow up and she was rude and didn't know what she was doing by trying multiple times to get a vein on both arms. I don't know how to spell her name, but Maira was phenomenal!!! My appointment was at 8:30, but she was ready and called me in at 8:25. She was professional yet had the kindest and amazing attitude!! She was the only one working but was very efficient; she moved with purpose! She mentioned how slow the system was, but had such a positive attitude and found a way to work smarter!
