I am never coming here again. Stat bloodwork clearly stated on the script was put in as ROUTINE and I am still waiting for my results. Should’ve gotten them end of day yesterday. I called and spoke to the woman who drew my blood yesterday and blamed me coming late in the day for “delaying the stat and promptness” and that’s why I haven’t gotten my result. I visited this Medford location yesterday and had a concerning experience. I was brought into the room while the previous patient was still getting up from the chair. I had to wait and watch her leave, which made me uncomfortable, especially since I wasn’t sure if the chair was properly cleaned before I used it. Even though only my elbow was on the surface, situations like this should be handled more carefully.I also noticed used gloves turned inside out on the floor that had not been picked up. Unprofessional for labtechs to complain about patients under a misunderstanding just because you're right outside the building. Ultimately leading to a pregnant lady missing a scheduled appointment I've been trying to call and get for the past 2 weeks. All for it to be... semi automated? It's a walk in, so there really isn't any need for an appointment which I didnt realize a first time patient. Great to know now, I can't reccomend, especially as she complained as I was sitting in my car to just try and schedule another one.... read more
I arrived a few minutes early and Salma assisted me with the sign in at the kiosk. The whole phlebotomy process took only a few minutes, and Salma performed it flawlessly. She was professional and courteous.
After getting the runaround with the automated phone calls for 10 minutes, I finally get connected to somebody and she hangs up within the first 45 seconds of talking to her. Very unprofessional
