I visited this Medford location yesterday and had a concerning experience. I was brought into the room while the previous patient was still getting up from the chair. I had to wait and watch her leave, which made me uncomfortable, especially since I wasn’t sure if the chair was properly cleaned before I used it. Unprofessional for labtechs to complain about patients under a misunderstanding just because you're right outside the building. Ultimately leading to a pregnant lady missing a scheduled appointment I've been trying to call and get for the past 2 weeks. All for it to be... semi automated? It's a walk in, so there really isn't any need for an appointment which I didnt realize a first time patient. Great to know now, I can't reccomend, especially as she complained as I was sitting in my car to just try and schedule another one.... read more

I arrived a few minutes early and Salma assisted me with the sign in at the kiosk. The whole phlebotomy process took only a few minutes, and Salma performed it flawlessly. She was professional and courteous.

After getting the runaround with the automated phone calls for 10 minutes, I finally get connected to somebody and she hangs up within the first 45 seconds of talking to her. Very unprofessional

Good service and fast. I spend only 15 minutes total since I walked into the pharmacy. I had a blood work and didn’t even feel the needle. She is amazing. The place is also clean.
