I want to begin by saying that I had a personal issue while attempting to do a pre employment drug test. I needed to drink some more and try again. The woman working did not tell me that I had to sit and wasn't allowed to buy something to drink. Since she was so rude,I contacted my prospective employer, and they agreed to let me attempt the test again at a different location. The woman working at this location was old and rude. I waited 3 HOURS just to P in a cup for a pre-employment drug screen and that includes her lunch break. The lady is nice as can be but she was the only person working and was clearly overwhelmed. Definitely recommend making an appointment rather than just walking in.
Most unhelpful person working here. After having my appointment skipped and waiting about an hour, I asked the lady and she told me to check in on the tablet again. Will not be returning here.
