I’ve been coming to the Labcorp inside Walgreens in Tuscaloosa regularly for progesterone checks and have never had issues until today. I was suddenly told I needed a diagnosis code (which is fine), but the process was poorly handled—I was sent outside to get it myself without clear instructions. My daughter was sent from a walk in clinic to have labs drawn. She apologized for coming in 30 minutes before they closed but she had just left the clinic. She also shared that she is a difficult stick. The woman working replied " you coming in here at closing and are a hard stick"! Even if you think this you should keep it to yourself!! I was a medical professional for 38 years, and I am appalled she said this to my child! Totally uncalled for!!! Do your darn job and be polite!!!
Lady in charge was very helpful today. Both my wife and I worked many years in Labs and field service on lab equipment., We enjoyed someone that we have tried to act like, professional. Thanks Benny and Kay Waltz

Disappointing & Disrespectful Experience – Avoid This Location I visited this LabCorp location for the first time on May 13, 2025, for a blood draw and specimen drop-off. The initial visit was fairly quick, though I was frustrated to learn that the completed test kit couldn’t be mailed back—despite living 30 miles away—and had to be returned in person.
