Made an appointment and when I got there I was taken right in. The girl doing my bloodwork was so nice and did a great job. I will go back when I need another routine test done!
"While the technician seemed friendly", her phlebotomy skills were unfortunately lacking. I had to be poked 3 times because she struggled to find a vein and get the blood flowing. Additionally, the clinic strictly prioritizes scheduled appointments, so expect a wait if you walk in. Unfortunately, the experience left me in quite a bit of pain—my left arm throbbed all night, keeping me from getting a good night's sleep. I won't be returning. I had a very frustrating experience with a lab technician over two visits. Yesterday at 11:30 AM, I was told she is with patient ahead of me and that she was going on break at 12:00pm Today, I returned, checked in properly, and waited 15–20 minutes. When I knocked on the door, the technician opened it and said she was “very busy,” without any explanation or professionalism. Says they are open online but then you drive all the way there and they are closed. Even the front of store said they should be open but then no one is back there.
