I was in this clinic to perform some laboratory tests. Excellent care. Very kind, friendly and helpful employees. Organized and fast care.

I was nervous to go cuz I'd never been before. I used to work for Quest and heard bad stories. I made an appointment online for fasting labs at 230p. I know. I got so hungry at 145 that I drove over thinking maybe it'd be slow and they could work me in. There's a big parking lot and when you go inside there's nice signage to the lab. I checked in on a kiosk scanning my id. While checking in, the kiosk told me I could move my appt up to 215. At this location they actually have a live person that can assist you. The check in process was smoother since after scanning the ID, all of your information pops up and you just need to verify that your biometric information along with your insurance information is correct. I guess depending on the location and how the LabCorp system was set up at that location, you get a worst or better checking outcome.

When you make an appointment that your doctor has put the order in for, you still have to check in twice

Staff is 5 star! The do it yourself computer check in is awful!
