Today my 2 children had to have blood drawn. At this location and I must say, I was very disappointed and slightly disturbed by the fact that tech didn’t change her gloves not a single time. She wore the same gloves she had on when we were brought us back. I watched her touch door handles, the computer, she didn’t change gloves after completing the blood draw between my son and my daughter. Dirty, Disorganized, Unprofessional. Self service computer which is a total pain having to scan your id and insurance card and type in all your information which seniors would have difficulty doing. It checked me in only to leave me waiting hours and then didn’t have my check in on the list after expressing my displeasure. I showed them the text message confirmation I received on my phone. Lol, glad this is the only time I've needed to be here. As you walk toward immediate care, past the sea of waiting unhappy people, you are met with 2 self-check-in screens at the desk and signs of early closures for the coming weeks. You think, "What fresh hell is this?" as the computer doesn't recognize your insurance after you had to manually type in all the information and update your personal information. Pathetic experience. Wanted test for visiting parents. The front office lady said I need to do it online. For the results- They are not ready to give the results printed out.. Only online... and the website says I need to submit identity form to get result. But no questions or forms needed while taking 80$. 🤮 And you says it's a diagnostic center but not able to check blood pressure.. What a Joke
