It’s clean, calm, and the people are genuinely kind. Josue had the best bedside manners I’ve ever experienced. With my small veins, Anna and him worked together and made me feel very cared for.
I was a little hesitant going to this location after I booked it due to all the reviews. I actually mixed up the address' & booked this location instead of my usual. But honestly it was completely fine. You are able to find the location easily once you walk in (which google maps does tell you it is in the middle of the parking lot - it's not it's in the 10670 (B) building, so not the one closes to the street) I was able to check in right away, I was even a bit early & was seen early. Don’t go here.
Go to any other LabCore if you can. Granted this is a convenient location, but not worth it. This is the worst I’ve been to. Shares waiting room with an Urgent Care full of sick people and a pharmacy. Very outdated and worn, not a pleasant place to wait. And I know as I walked in and had to wait over an hour with no updates from staff. Once called in I found the area equally worn and messy with a bad BO smell throughout.
