Very good staff very happy with them
I made an appointment, got there 15 minutes as directed, and was seen almost immediately by a great phlebotomist and was out of there in 10 minutes. That was my experience.
LabCorp has a terrible service. The doctor said I had to drop off and that it's easy but Im having to wait over 40 minutes.
Most of the staff here are friendly, kind, competent, and willing to help. Unfortunately, this terrible company who provided the highest bid to Providence is seeking a return on their investment by skimping as much as possible. Every visit during various days of the week have been met with waits nearing an hour. The glass is usually closed at the window so every body there is servicing the line, and there’s little to now transparency on when your turn will come.
