It’s 4:53 and doors are locked. I guess staying open till 5 is just a suggestion.
Went for annual labs and I got Curtis as my phlebotomist. He was kind and lovely and checked thoroughly for a good vein before trying to stick me. I just wanted to sing praises for Curtis because he was the best I have had in a while! Thank you!
Made an appointment and was seen quickly. Very friendly and efficient staff. The gentleman who drew my blood usually doesn’t work at this location but he was amazing and friendly. He used the smallest needle per my request and it was an easy process.
Waited for five minutes for help with the touchscreen kiosk but no one at the front desk. The only person in the waiting room happened to be an RN & she helped me. The man who finally came to the front desk was rude, dismissive & unprofessional & made the excuse that everyone was "busy". There was not a single other patient in the lab except for the RN who helped me.
