I drove 20 minutes to wait from 10:50-11:35 - was told zero orders were available. They don’t take MyChart orders at all and they were going to send my request to the Legacy next door and I can wait until they take the order attach my labs that are needed. I decided not to wait which could be a long time and left upset and drove 20 minutes home. I wasted my time and gas. Why can’t they immediately tell you at check in they have zero orders? I wasted over an hour of my day with no results.

Can we petition to have Legacy bring back their own labs? As labcorp is a joke. the wait times are terrible the customer service is terrible. The billing, don't even get me started. Then today, they decided to close, didnt even tell their own employee that they were closed on a Tuesday for some reason.

I never have a good experience here. Always losing my orders, so rude, I hate having to use this place. I've heard them being rude to most people that come in. Its sad. The front desk people are the worst.

I had the best experience here - I have tricky veins and almost always have a negative experience getting my blood taken. I had to come in twice in the same week and Carolina got it on the first try both times! She is the best phlebotomist I’ve ever had and I’ll definitely be coming here every time :)
