I arrived a little early (10 minutes) for my appointment and I was in and out before my actually appointment time. They were kind, professional, and punctual!
Had an appt at 915. Tosee. minutes past my appt time to be seen. The computers were down, and the place was under staffed. Back when it was legacy you could walk-in, and get seen. Not anymore unless you have 2 hours to wait. The staff is amazing there, and always freindly, and helpful. Its not there fault they are under staffed by lab corp. Lab corp needs to do better.
If you don't have the ability to take/process/ or offer the ability to pay on site at the time of the visit, it makes us question the validity and professionalism of your tests and technology. 2025, get with it.
Computers are always down!! There's never a convenient time to go, even with an appt. Legacy ran this lab like butta!!
LabCorp is the absolute worst. Their computer system never works and every time there’s an issue and this time it was the computer system glitching so the order kept showing as not being complete so she had to draw three tubes of blood and stick twice for the same one order. And they ran the same test 3 different times with each of the tubes. And left a nasty bruise, who does this? Shame on them.
