Update as of 1/29: After I filled out the 'Experience Feedback' on the Labcorp website the district manager called me to discuss. This made me feel good that they will follow up on customer responses. He did make mention that they do not look at google reviews. Previous: I saw that Labcorp had not responded to any of the google reviews. My initial rating would have been a 3 but because of this, my rating is a 2. I saw that Labcorp had not responded to any of the google reviews. My initial rating would have been a 3 but because of this, my rating is a 2. I arrived a little early (10 minutes) for my appointment and I was in and out before my actually appointment time. They were kind, professional, and punctual!
Had an appt at 915. Tosee. minutes past my appt time to be seen. The computers were down, and the place was under staffed. Back when it was legacy you could walk-in, and get seen. Not anymore unless you have 2 hours to wait. The staff is amazing there, and always freindly, and helpful. Its not there fault they are under staffed by lab corp. Lab corp needs to do better.
