The person at the front desk, Raquel, was very kind and professional!
Was there for 40 minutes, 10 minutes before my appointment. Watiign room was packed. No one at front desk. During my wait two, maybe three people were taken back. Staff was certain having a fun chat in the hallway. Lots of loud chatter and laughing.
What is the point of making an appointment if they will let all of the walk-ins ahead of you anyway? Even people who came after me are being put in rooms! So frustrating! Have a 9:15 appointment & waited way past my appointment time before being called despite me showing up earlier. There is only one receptionist (Raquel Diaz)) who is rude & always on her phone. She needs to be retrained on how to properly check in & triage people.
I would not recommend this location. The phlebotomist had a very bad attitude and bedside manner. I tried to explain what labs were ordered from the doctor but she was so short and rude to me I couldn’t get all of the labs drawn. Now we have to go back again. If she would have just been more calm and listened we could’ve resolved everything and not have to go back. 0/10 would not recommend.
Very efficiently run, small Labcorp with <10 seats, In and out within 15 minutes, regardless if with appointment or just walk-in, this is for a week day at around 9am.
