Very courteous
I love Kelly!! She did my blood draw so quick and efficiently! Zero pain and was out the door in 20. Wonderful front desk staff and clean facilities.
Very displeased with the service I received today. I never been to such an infuriating establishment in my life. I would not recommend this place to my enemies.
Ask for Angie. I am terrified of needles, I have had a few traumatic experiences getting blood drawn so I was VERY nervous going into this. I read other reviews that said to ask for Angie so I did the same and it was the best choice I could have made. She put me in a chair that reclined, talked to me the whole time and distracted me while the blood draw was happening. I didn't even feel the needle go in because of how gentle she was.
