Website says walk-ins accepted, check-in at the machine then the lady said I needed an appointment even though the place was completely empty.

Appt at 4:15, arrived at 4:18 doors were locked. Labcorp and Medstar could not give a good reason why doors are liked prior to closing and aware they had a patient

If zero was an option that is what I would rate this location. I arrived, checked in at the kiosk, sat down in the EMPTY waiting area, and my name was called. I was then asked if I was a resident of LW. I said I was not and the lab technician told me that I could not be served without an appointment if I was not a LW resident. I told her that it did not say that on the website and she said I would have to make an appointment - "if you can get one." I might understand if there had been a line or full waiting room. I was rudely denied service without an appointment or a Leisure World resident ID card even though I had a bill with my name and Leisure World address. Once that women left I was served and have not had an issue since then and they didn't ask for an ID once I had one. The facility is much cleaner than the Laurel location which, is shameful for a medical facility. Also, the last few times when checking in the tablet states there is a 1+ to 3+ hour wait and the actual time was less than 10 minutes. This location must lose mone... read more

I was there today at 12::30pm according to Labcorp website saying walk-in are welcome but I wasn’t there were two technicians and no other patients and I was told to make appointment
