Smooth appointment, no wait, quick and painless. My tech was the nicest/friendliest. I was a bit apprehensive about the appointment given reviews but my experience was great. Lab cor website does say appointments only so I made sure I had one prior to going and had no issues and no I do not live in LW
DO NOT go without an appointment! I went as a walking as I have many times over the nearly 10 years I have lived in the area (they are literally next door to my neighborhood). This time I was called back right away much to my surprise. Then asked if I lived in Leisure World (as if that should matter), and told they do not accept walk-in’s that you must have an appointment! (Since when)??
Website says walk-ins accepted, check-in at the machine then the lady said I needed an appointment even though the place was completely empty.
