This will forever be my go to lab…as long as Felicia is there. This was my second time using this location since I was one of their first customers when they opened in December of 2025. I had Felicia then and I had her again for this visit. She is a rock star and it was clear that she was either in charge or at least was the go-to tech. We had to take our 3 week old newborn here to get a bloodwork done and as first time parents our emotions and anxiety were at an all time high. The phlebotomist Tawanda, who happens to have experience with babies tended to us, we were so happy to have been paired with her by chance. She knew exactly what she was doing and didn’t second guess herself. We got such a good sample in less than 5min and it didn’t take that long after for our newborn to settle back down. Great experience - very professional techs. They go above and beyond to make the visit smooth. Thank you both!
Got there during a busy time, but they got through everyone every quickly (even though there was only 2 of them, very impressive) and they would check on people to make sure they'd been helped. I also got many vials drawn and didn't feel a thing and it went super fast!
Love this location, we were in/out within 10 min. Clean, organized. Friendly and professional staff. Totally recommend this place.
