Rude receptionist said I was "irritated" out loud because I asked her when she was going to get to me My check-in had apparently failed at the kiosk and I was sitting alone in the room. Then more people came in and started going ahead of me. That's when I asked and she copped an attitude.
Last couple times it only took 10 minutes even with walk-ins. Unfortunately, today it took more than an hour. Very disappointing. Don’t know what changed. This location was my favorite before but not anymore. This has become just like any other labcorp location. Slow and sluggish!!!
Technician was too much in a hurry.
I went this morning to get some blood work done and had a great experience. It was only one other person in the waiting room when I arrived. I immediately checked in and was called up maybe 3 minutes later and had a seamless experience with the front desk staff who also was the person who drew my blood. She was friendly, courteous and had me in and out. I'll definitely be back to this location.
