Typically I don’t have issues here.. last two visits have been less than ideal. I pre-schedule appointments (I don’t do walk-ins due to childcare/work), and making an appointment seems pointless. They clearly don’t go off any pre-arranged appointments. Waited 30 mins past my appointment time to go back. The gal working with me did not emit friendly vibes.. she even burped loudly when I was sitting there. I think I’m mainly annoyed at the fact that they offer appointments, but it’s irrelevant.
I came here on 12/22/25 at 4:15pm. My boyfriend and I both had separate appointments that we each booked online (stressing this because we were not walk-ins), and when we showed up the door was locked. The only lady that was working (she had short black hair with glasses) very obviously RELUCTANTLY let us in with rolling eyes and did not respond when I greeted her (very rudely). Had an 8:15 AM appointment scheduled on 12-16-25 (utilized the self-check in feature upon arrival @ 8:13 AM). I did not receive a text that they were ready to see me until 8:32 AM. The phlebotomist working barely said a word to me. I let her know I’m prone to fainting and usually a “hard stick” and she offered no reassurance, whatsoever. She didn’t get into my vein well enough and it took forever for her to not even fill a full vial of blood (hopefully, it’ll be enough for processing). Worst experience of any lab company always. This is a promise. Horrible check in process always a joke. Get it together Labcorp...
