This place is rude and crude I had an appointment for days schedule then out of the blue an hour before my appointment during my fast they cancelled and said no one was at location. This is clearly a sign they have some issues when they have to shut down shop for a day and plus since no other appointment where available. I had to completely recreate a new appointment and it was another big hassle. This place is worthless with your time and you need to be prepared. The lack of professionalism my 3 year old daughter experienced during her blood draw was shocking and completely unacceptable. My daughter has had her blood drawn multiple times before, including at other Labcorp locations, and has never cried or had a negative experience. The technician at the 900 Stevens location was extremely rude, impatient, and lacked even the most basic bedside manner. Had an appointment I scheduled two days ago for first thing at the morning. Arrived this morning to see a temporary closed notice. Got the email it was closed an hour after my appointment was supposed to occur. Walked into a separate location and was told they can’t honor other locations appointments. Understandable but extremely frustrating.
Staff doesn’t have the best attitude. Look for another location!
