First time at this location. Was at a Quest Diagnostic about a month ago and would have rated it 5 stars compared to this LapCorp location. The biggest complaint is the wait, even with an appointment. I waited an hour. Not acceptable. Appointments should be honored. This location seemed understaffed. However, the one tech I interacted with was very kind and courteous. She was trying her best to keep things moving under unfortunate conditions (lack of staff). She apologized for the long wait. What good is it getting labwork done at LabCorp if the results won't appear on the portal in a timely manner and their "fix" takes an additional 7-10 days? At that point I will have waited over a month to get the results, which is unheard of in this day and age. If you have other options for lab draws, I recommend you pursue them. I certainly will.
