Staff were friendly, quick. Would use this lab Corp again.
Lost my lab sample, never received lab test results, poor service. Lab hangs phone up when trying to contact direct.
Website is terrible, call line is pointless. Worse service EVER!
Shoutout to Kate for excellent bloodwork draw today! Took longer to get her computer up-and-running than it did for blood draw! Personable, quick and efficient.
My experience with staff was great! Generally it is difficult to draw my blood. She did a great job. Got it on the first try, which is rare for me. 😀 I was in and out in under 10 minutes. My only complaint is the signage. It's in a medical building with several other office ( Urgent Care, radiology, doctor's office, etc.) They are all clearly marked, except Labcorp. I drove around the building twice and finally went into one the other places that pointed me to it. It in the back with no sign until you walk in.
