Showed up 15 minutes early like asked and they took me in before I could scan my cards!! Had me out in less than 10 minutes!!!! Outstanding customer service because the ops manager is customer service oriented!!! Best in Orange Park and Middleburg!!!!
The staff was quick and friendly so I gave them two stars. Their bathroom was gross and no where to submit your samples from their bathroom so you have to walk out carrying it. When I was seated, the armrest still had blood on it from the prior patient.. like they almost laid my arm in it. I brought it to their attention and they cleaned it up without issues but this was honestly just disgusting.
Best Labcorp location in the Metro Jacksonville area. Never a wait, staff is phenomenal and easy to make an appointment if necessary.
I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Christian (I believe that is her name) is super accommodating, and nice. I barely felt the draw!
