I went in on Thursday, but I forgot to fast. The lady told me to come back the next day which I did, but the gentleman said I needed an appt. The lady didn't tell me that and it made me scrabble too go to another lab. Communicating that you need an appt on Friday would have been very helpful.
Jessica helped me today, and she was efficient and friendly and put me at ease.
Made an appointment online and added my insurance info. When I got there, there were a couple people in the waiting room. The woman who entered my paperwork brought me back almost immediately... and I hardly felt the needle. I was in and out in about ten minutes. Excellent!
I had my blood drawn by Jessica today. She was so good! Felt nothing and she was so kind!!!!!! Thank you!!!
