Made an appointment for 3:30, was taken back by 3:40, all done by 3:50! And the lab tech was extremely sweet! I was worried because of the reviews but my experience turned out well.

They made me sit on the floor for 30 minutes while they processed samples right in front of our face with a lobby full of people. After they decided to take patients again timing it almost perfectly to when they close; they finally called my name just to have me sit down and tell me to leave and they won’t accept me there and told me to go somewhere else!!!! This is the worst company ever I do NOT recommend going here. Ask your provider to get you in somewhere internal and reliable because these places are straight up trash

I go for bloodwork every month . Yes with no appointment but particularly this location they have one person and he makes sure to delay each at every person by clicking 100 times on documents clicking . I sat here one time 4 hours and I have seen his slow work strategy and suggesting to come back next day even last few appointments . smart !! He make sure non appointment People leave . My bad I had to go this center again . Every person has some insurance issue How????

I had a perfect experience in their new location that is easy to locate & plenty of parking. I had set up an appt. & provided my new ins. info online prior to the appt. This makes check in very easy and fast @ the kiosk inside. The phlebotomist (woman) i was fortunate to get was delightful, very friendly and considerate. And even better her blood draw was painless & there were 5 tubes since it was a comprehensive draw.

I’ve been here twice now. Appointments have always been on time. Friendly staff. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Excellent phlebotomist.
