Incorrect charge + customer service hell I purchased labs through a 3rd party service for fulfillment at Labcorp. When I showed up with my order form/rec the man at the front desk incorrectly told me the service hadn't charged me and I had to pay Labcorp directly. I did so, then before my appointment began I checked my credit card statement and saw I did indeed already pay for the labs and the man at the front desk incorrectly double charged me. Terrible appointment system (make sure to call and confirm!), but the service itself was great. The technician is super friendly and very professional at drawing blood.

I made an appointment for 2:30 in December 24, and even got a reminder for my appointment the night before. When I arrived, there was a note on the door saying they had closed early at noon. No notice. If they are so careless with their appointments, how careless are they handling your bloodwork?

Wait time was one hour today despite making an appointment. Check in kiosk was broken. There was just one person who was trying his best to check in visitors as well as do the lab testing. Had to leave without getting my labs done after waiting for an hour.
