I scheduled an appointment at 7:45 and showed up on time to 6 people in the waiting room. The woman next to me told me she had been waiting since 7 for an appointment. Two people went to the front of Acension to ask about the wait. A woman from Acension came in and said none of the workers were even in yet and they weren't affilitated with them. She said we could come back for walk in. I made another appointment the same day for 9:35am and went in and the entire waiting room was still full so I walked out.
nice people, organized, clean. understaffed, but that is the nature of the world these days. certainly not their fault.
Online it says lunch is from 12-1. I show up at 1:05pm. I’m told I can’t check in because they are going to lunch but will be back at 1:40pm. I come back at 1:45pm and another lady meets me and says the lab is closed because of lunch. So make an appointment or call ahead.
