This was a terrible experience, and I will never return. The phlebotomist, Anna, did a very poor job drawing my blood. The procedure was extremely painful and unpleasant, and I was left with a large bruise afterward. Usually I don’t have any bruises. I am genuinely afraid of needles and used to faint during blood draws. It took me years to overcome that reaction, so I believe a phlebotomist should be especially patient and reassuring with an anxious patient. I'm not a fan of blood tests at all, but Rachel is amazing at what she does. Had extensive blood work done here and it went as smooth as can be thanks to her. It would be nice if they opened earlier, but still a great place.
