I always had great experience with LabCorp in Olympia and Lacey. I went to this one today for the first time, and I really didn’t like it. The lady looked very unhappy to be there and rushing during the process. She did not check my order, just took my blood, didn’t put in any tube, didn’t ask me to confirm my information on the labels(what they usually do), didn’t notice that I had a urine test, just said that I was good to go. If you make an appointment, you might be done in 30 minutes….on a lucky day Edit - here with an appointment and have waited an hour and still have NOT been called. Completely incompetent management at this location as it is an ongoing issue that patients report, yet nothing ever changes.
Had an appt 30 minutes ago. Still waiting.
