Friendly and helpful staff. Was able to get in and out quickly for a blood draw. Plenty of parking.
Totally inept at doing their job. Had appt 45 minutes ago and still waiting. Centralia Cooks hill Lab way too slow. Need front desk person who can actually type and not one key it.
0 Stars! I've never had a good experience with these people... I waited 45 minutes to have labs drawn only to be met with two different phlebotomists who couldn't hit a vein (I am an EASY DRAW except when I come here). I am hate needles and having two separate people rooting around and blowing 3 different veins wasn't helpful nor on my list of things to do today! Especially when I told them exactly what veins to draw from and they opted for other smaller veins. I'll post photos later of the bruising!
SLOW SERVICE! Long wait times. Why do they have you make an appointment if you have to wait 30 minutes after you appointment time just to get seen. Please hire more staff. People are busy and they make appointments to schedule their day. Now your inefficiency has delayed that person's whole schedule.
We had a pleasant experience, good atmosphere, quick service, very gentle poke, very professional, and kind.
