Don't bother making an appointment. You'll be called by whatever number you get. I had an appointment for 7:45 and wasn't seen until about 8:15. The woman taking my blood was very nice and professional.
The nurse who took my blood was so nice and sympathetic about my severe condition she did a great job will recommend friends to go there if they need to go to a lab

Krystal is someone who is unbelievably professional. No wait—there is ample parking.
Took my 13 year old son here for his first blood draw - he was nervous. Wait was a bit long...inputting our forms seemed to take forever, and despite getting there at 12:50 so we were the first after-lunch appointment we were still there almost an hour. But the actual draw was good, and both phlebotomists were patient with my son and talked to him throughout the procedure to keep him calm. If you have some time flexibility this place is pretty solid.
