The nurse who took my blood was so nice and sympathetic about my severe condition she did a great job will recommend friends to go there if they need to go to a lab

Took my 13 year old son here for his first blood draw - he was nervous. Wait was a bit long...inputting our forms seemed to take forever, and despite getting there at 12:50 so we were the first after-lunch appointment we were still there almost an hour. But the actual draw was good, and both phlebotomists were patient with my son and talked to him throughout the procedure to keep him calm. If you have some time flexibility this place is pretty solid.
On Friday I was told the computers were down and staffing was low. I was told that I could wait but it would be well over an hour with no guarantees. So I made an appointment for 11:00 a.m. on monday. Once again the room was packed and I was told that the computers were down again and appointment or not it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait with no guarantees.
