Took my 13 year old son here for his first blood draw - he was nervous. Wait was a bit long...inputting our forms seemed to take forever, and despite getting there at 12:50 so we were the first after-lunch appointment we were still there almost an hour. But the actual draw was good, and both phlebotomists were patient with my son and talked to him throughout the procedure to keep him calm. If you have some time flexibility this place is pretty solid.

On Friday I was told the computers were down and staffing was low. I was told that I could wait but it would be well over an hour with no guarantees. So I made an appointment for 11:00 a.m. on monday. Once again the room was packed and I was told that the computers were down again and appointment or not it would be an hour to an hour and a half wait with no guarantees. While it's a convenient location, and the staff are nice, they are SUPER SLOW! There's a lot of talking and less productivity going on, and NO PRIVACY! In the waiting area, we can hear everyone's situation since they keep the door open and they speak loudly (name, address, date of birth, physician's name, arm preference, etc.). The self check-in kiosk is directly beside the door where you can see inside and people getting their blood work drawn. I’ve been to this location several times for bloodwork and I’ve always been very happy. The staff is friendly and the check-in process is easy if you do your appointment online and enter your information as soon as you get there. I’m very pleased.

Amazing experience! I went to St. Peter’s where the tests were ordered and there were 25-30 people waiting and little movement. I came here, they faxed the orders in a few short minutes, and I got in right away. AND, I have terrible veins - tiny and prone to blow. I had just had other bloodwork and had the five sticks/bruises to prove it. Not here. First try, easy peasy, didn’t even hurt!
