Ain't going to lie, I was worried from all the negative reviews, but I was in and out, no bad wait, and the lady at the front desk was so nice and helpful when I didn't know what I was doing as a first time patient there.
Only one person working and phone kept ringing- she never answered it. Waited over an hour for a simple blooddraw. There was always 5-6 people waiting as the one person working kept chatting with the people she liked and being rude to the older people that did not like the new kiosk system. Also it weird that she called people not in order of who signed in. Very sad - really liked this location before.
