I had to come in for a full panel today because my doctors office was having problems finding a vein during my blood draw. I had the pleasure of having Amanda draw my blood and it was by far one of the best experiences I have had. She is kind and compassionate. I didnt feel a thing and she talked me the entire time. This is my 3rd visit to this location and every time the service is exceptional. The women that work here are amazing and I will continue to come back every time I need to have labwork done.
Staff member Amanda sent me away, saying my lab order wasn't in the system, even though my doctor's office had already sent it. I confirmed this by going to another Labcorp location just five minutes away, where they had my order with no issues. Apparently this is a recurring problem with Amanda. Labcorp management should look into this because patients don't have time for unnecessary delays and misinformation. This experience was frustrating and completely avoidable.
The nurses are very nice and quick! I’m typically in and out in a couple minutes, I’ve had the best experience at this labcorp than the others in my area
Deserves ZERO stars. AVOID this location. Make your appointment at the other location on Liberty Rd, or go to Westminster or Mount Airy. Twice I have made appointments at this location, yet despite having CONFIRMED appointments I was told “We are not taking online appointments today. Walk in only.”The woman who was there both times is rude and unhelpful. She would not explain to me why they were not honoring their confirmed online booked appointments.
