There’s a lady working in the front desk she have a attitude and bad customer service she tried to put there mistake on the patience
Left a message on two occasions with a promise that I'd be called back and NEVER received a response!
It seems lazy, I don’t recommend. Usually same kind of reports I get in 2 hours from any other lab services, but labcorp taking so long.
Front desk lady on 8/13/25 @ about 3pm was rude when i told her i had already done my urine sample in the doctor’s office, the order she was seeing was probably the one they were sending in themselves. She was rude & dismissed me saying i refused yet i still got urine culture results from my doctor because as i stated i had done it already and was there for a blood draw which i had orders in my hand for that she didn’t look at.
Fast service! Before I was able to get situated in the waiting room chair, I was called to the back. My blood was drawn painlessly and I was on my way—all in less than 5 minutes. The facility was very clean, and every employee was exceptionally nice and helpful.
