I’ve been coming here for years and the experience is consistently excellent. He carries himself like management and makes the entire process smooth and stress-free. Great people working here, unfortunately Labcorps business model completely sucks. Lab work is very inconsistent with how long it takes. I need to call multiple times to see where my results are.
There IS a LabCorp in Portage; I was there today. When I called to make an appointment, I was told they are strictly walk in and they open at 7am. So we gave the people who have to get to work the early slots and arrived at 7:40. They open at 8am. HOW do they not know what time they open?!?! There were already about 8 people waiting because they, too, thought they opened at 7 (that's what their website says); so we got in line.
