Great people working here, unfortunately Labcorps business model completely sucks. Lab work is very inconsistent with how long it takes. I need to call multiple times to see where my results are.
There IS a LabCorp in Portage; I was there today. When I called to make an appointment, I was told they are strictly walk in and they open at 7am. So we gave the people who have to get to work the early slots and arrived at 7:40. They open at 8am. HOW do they not know what time they open?!?! There were already about 8 people waiting because they, too, thought they opened at 7 (that's what their website says); so we got in line. James and Shanna are truly amazing and professional. They go above and beyond and make the process quick, smooth, and rather painless for a needle poke. Knowing this location serves not just outpatients and a sharing office patients, they make it work. Plus did you know they even put a LabCorp in the MAIN hospital for Porter doctors’ orders making a visit even faster and more convenient?! That’s amazing :)
Very Rude and not very helpful. Not from here and was told to go sit in my car because they were going on lunch. Had to wait 2hours! Grrrrrr!
