made an appointment for 1:45pm on a friday A MONTH before, get there 15 minutes early and the lab was closed! there was a note on the door that states “by appointment only” ??? how was i able to make an appointment online but when i get there the lab was fully closed? ridiculous!
This review covers both locations on Villa lane and 1100 Trancas. I despise coming here but i have to every two months because i had cancer. I had appointment for today 12/24 at 2:30. I made an appointment and it was confirmed. I arrived to 1100 trancas to a piece of paper on the door saying they closed at 11:30. I understand why some people think this is the worse lab ever. Their management needs to update their website and the signage on their door to prevent confusion and misleading information. I arrived here yesterday as a walk in for an employment drug screen, only to find out that the walk in is only from 8am-10am. But the signage and their website says “8am-11am”. This location is truly under strain, and it shows. Not because of the employees, but because of poor management and lack of support from higher up. There is very low staff here, and management takes far too long to update hours on the website, the phone recording, or even the door. They will not hire more people or pay them properly to retain staff. As a result, the workers that remain are overworked and expected to do the jobs of several people.
