Didn't get any actual tests here but at another location. I can say the customer service is bad. Phone and in-person had a bad experience. I only like to write reviews for places I like and want to support but this one needs some attention. Something to note, I had an excellent experience in the other location so this is not something I believe to be across locations.
Appointment confirmation received but whoever works there was a no show. Apparently the failure to show up for work is well known to all who work in the area AND to the other LabCorp site. The other site says this happens all the time. Will be taking our business elsewhere!!!
We’re so grateful to Ms. Kathy’s kindness and efficiency while helping my partner and I. We also witnessed how cheery and professional she is as she worked with the other patients while manning the lab by herself. Thank you!
Lots of rules. They canceled my appt 2 times due to things out of their control. Seriously need to stop thinking they are doing customers a favor. Not the only game in town. Will try competitor next.
made an appointment for 1:45pm on a friday A MONTH before, get there 15 minutes early and the lab was closed! there was a note on the door that states “by appointment only” ??? how was i able to make an appointment online but when i get there the lab was fully closed? ridiculous!
