Does not do DOT testing. Employers send people here for urine and other tests only to find out that this location doesn't do employment related testing.
Unorganized and did not do the right labs after speaking with staff multiple times about what I needed.
The people are friendly but their process is broken. I went in at 745 just to get an appointment at 845. After sitting their and waiting for an hour at least I could be seen on time but at 855 I ask how far their running behind as I’m already late for work, they can’t even find my appointment when I clearly have a text from them with a confirmation.
