My experience with the Labcorp collection site inside Ascension St. John Claremore was unacceptable. My spouse’s and my blood specimens were mixed up, resulting in another person’s laboratory results being reported as my own. Those erroneous results were transmitted to my physician, posted to my patient portal, incorporated into my medical record, and billed to my health insurance as if they were my laboratory tests.
