Horrible never again i will bring my 1 year old daughter they said they were professionals with babies. that was a lie they poked my daughter up with a regular needle and moved it around for no reason and didn't get any blood put a warm pack on her arm that was useless they said give her water didn't even offer it and they had water there then said my daughter was going to pass out with 11 tubes of blood and even wrapped my daughter's arm tight she had a red mark then told me to go to hoboken hospital to get it done and i di... read more
This 5 star rating is for Denise only. I’ve been coming to this location for a couple years and each time Denise is caring, efficient and gets me in and out on time. You can recognize that she is a true team player doing everything from check in to the draws in the back. She also keeps things as painless as possible and is always an expert. She is the person that keeps this location running and the reason I come back!
Convenient location right across the RWJ clinic. Denise, the phlebotomist did a great job! It can get overwhelming for the staff as it gets busy around 9-10:30 am but I had a good experience as a walk in. Checked in at the kiosk and I was done in less than 15 minutes.
Denise D, is the best, she was so sweet and kind and very professional, I got blood taken out, I didn’t even feel it, she is super fast, I feel bad for her because her partner the other woman in the clinic she doesn’t do anything, Denise does everything. Give her a rise ASAP
