I’ve been going to this lab for 14 years. I have never waited more than 15 minutes and the staff has always been friendly and completely professional.
Only because I have to give a star. These people charged my mother 200.00 for someone in North Carolina. She has been waiting a week for a refund and have also lost her lab results. Probably sent them to lady in north Carolina.
Three hour wait! Ridiculous. I'll find someplace else.
This location does not do DOT testing. Employers send people here for urine and other tests only to find out that this location doesn't do employment related testing.
