My wife was here, and I don't know if it was because she's white, but they wouldn't let her use the bathroom. That was an act of racism by the lady at the window.
Great service Karlonda and Alexis was amazing!!!!
Very unprofessional. Ghetto Fabulous especially Carlonda (Team Leader). She don’t speak, greet, or smile. Loud and obnoxious behavior. I had to literally wait for her to stop laughing in my face (along with other co-worker on duty) when she mispronounced my last name. Then she was very very impatient with me as I looked for my requisition number she blurted out and told the other worker there to call somebody else to the back because I couldn’t even find my number. Had my blood drawn and the customer service was excellent the lobby was clean and I was in and out of fast
