Today, Saturday, April 4th, at 8:05 AM, I brought my 23-year-old son, who has autism, and the nurse was very professional. She got my son to let her take the blood sample very quickly. Thank you very much.

I usually have a good experience here but male employee who checked me in was wiping his nose with his hands and when it was time for the lab work he had his gloves on and was still wiping his nose on back of hand but also continuously touching same pens, blood pressure machine, etc and then took my blood all with same pair of gloves. Usually very understanding of being sick or having allergies but if you’re in healthcare I feel like you should at least have a brand new set of gloves before pricking someone.

I had done my research on where to go a lab that did the RSV test before I went to see my doctor. I requested for an order to have this done downstairs where the LabCorp was and are suppose to able to do the test. Well come to findout they do but the test was outdated!! OUTDATED! so now I had to wait for the test to come from Corpus Christi Tx maybe tomorrow. Now tell me this ridiculous situation. Don't they ever do INVENTORY??
