Front desk clerk was lacking people skills. She was rude, rolled her eyes if ask her a question.
Do not. I repeat. DO NOT use this company unless absolutely necessary. It took them over 2 weeks to get back my results back, when I finally did get them back, some were deemed "unable to complete". Then I started receiving invoices because they did not file my insurance. While the staff at the location were nice, the rest of it was a terrible experience. I will never use them again.
