Be forewarned- if you go here for a blood draw, ask your phlebotomist to stab you gently. It seems like a strange thing to say. I have been getting my blood drawn since I was 12, and have had countless routine blood draws and only a very few amount of negative experiences. I rarely leave negative feedback, but administration needs to do right by their staff. The medical professionals I encountered here were excellent and doing their best, but they were clearly overwhelmed by a lack of staffing and limited labor hours. I do not recommend this facility because it is run like a mill, and that operational strain directly impacts patient care. Thank you to the wonderful staff—it is obvious that you are doing everything you can under the circumstances.
DNA/Paternity testing for a court case; paid online & called to schedule. Got me in for an appointment within a week, lobby was empty and we were in and out in less than 15 minutes total. Location was clean, and most of the staff were friendly.
