I've been coming to this location monthly for the last 6 months and each time I've made an appointment thru the app which is super easy to do and definitely expidites the process, I usually arrive 5-10 mins early to check in and they always get me in right away, the staff is super friendly and courteous and make the experience quick and easy. I'm sure not everyone has the same experience as I do but so far it's been fantastic and I will continue to have my Dr ordered UAs done here
I visited this place today to get my blood test done, and I really liked their service The service was excellent.
Incredibly fast and professional service
Bad experience overall. Misgendered and misnamed the entire time despite the initial forms having a "preferred name" they should be calling me. It absolutely sucks to be called that repeatedly when I'm fairly fem passing and wearing fem clothes. It got murmurs from the rest of the people waiting. Blood drawer literally stabbed me to put the needle in. She started the needle from several inches above my arm then proceeded to quickly stab into my arm. No regard for privacy or HIPAA regulations. Calling on the phone from front counter to get paperwork for several patients, specifying what the testing is for and spelling full names loudly!
