I hate needles but the phlebotomist worked with magic hands as I only felt a tiny prick from my blood draw. I was in and about in no time and couldn’t have been happier with my dreaded appointment.

It is incredibly frustrating that a major lab network refuses to support telemedicine. My patients deserve access to diagnostic testing without corporate red tape. I will be sending 100% of my clinic's business to Quest Diagnostics moving forward, as they actually support virtual providers and prioritize patient access.
My appointment was 845. Walks are being brought back. Wait for 1 hour with an appointment while people just getting here is ridiculous. The check in is confusing, check in with QR code, just not a good place to come. BTW not having anything to eat or drink since 6 pm, hello kind of hungry. And just going to cancel
You can make an appointment and they will ignore you when you tell them at 0730 that you made an appointment at 0700 and since you have to work to earn your health insurance you can’t stick around for an hour (this wait time is a chronic issue)
