I didn’t get the name of the woman working the front desk, but she is the MOST RUDEST person I’ve encountered in a long time. She was unprofessional, she was rude when I first walked in. She spoke to me like I was an idiot and beneath her. I was there for an PreEmployment urine drug screen and labs. I got my labs done and that woman was nice. This is the only lab I will visit. The staff there today was very friendly, and the wait was short. I received quick and efficient service.
I should’ve read the most recent reviews of this location. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the woman working the front desk, but she lacked professionalism in every way possible. She was incredibly rude, condescending, and spoke to me like I was a child. She acted like I inconvenienced her by having a scheduled appointment.
