Very fast and easy. No wait at all.. in and out in 15 mins!
This is the only lab I will visit. The staff there today was very friendly, and the wait was short. I received quick and efficient service.
I should’ve read the most recent reviews of this location. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the woman working the front desk, but she lacked professionalism in every way possible. She was incredibly rude, condescending, and spoke to me like I was a child. She acted like I inconvenienced her by having a scheduled appointment. She called out my middle name (weird) and then acted annoyed when I told her it should be under my first and/or last name, as most appointments are. 1-Star Review: Absolutely Terrible Experience at Labcorp – Avoid If Possible I had a scheduled appointment at Labcorp, arrived on time, and was shocked to find no one at the front desk to check me in. I would like to formally report one of the most unpleasant experiences I have ever had at a LabCorp facility. Today I went for my annual lab work, as I do every year, and decided to visit the location across from my home on Old St. Augustine Road. I arrived at 6:50 a.m. When I walked in, I greeted the employee at the counter with a “Good morning.” Her response, however, was: “In 10 minutes you need to sit in the waiting room,” said with a noticeably arrogant tone.
