Terrible experience. Rudest staff I've ever met they make you feel like McDonalds is a 5 star experience. Screaming at patients and each other. Painful blood draw. Go somewhere else
I hate coming to labcorp. I will leave my primary doctor because of that.
I am one of those people that gets very anxious when I have to get a blood test. I am always afraid of the actual procedure. I wanted to share that I had the easiest ,quickest & most painless experience that I have ever had at this lab. The female phlebotomist was extremely kind & reassuring to me. In addition , the lab & waiting area were all very clean.
Why work in a profession where the entire base of the job requires customer service and then provide the WORST customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. I came in to ask a simple question and instead of directing me to where I need to be in a kind professional manner, BOTH front desk women were just nasty and had the most dismissive tone. If you can’t not handle your job as a front desk clerk find another occupation.
I have no negative complaints about this place, on the contrary, the times I have been treated perfectly very well, friendly and very friendly. We have never had to wait. Thank you for everything always.
