Incredibly rude receptionist/nurse there, she started cursing under her breath about how much of a nuisance I was cause apparently I interrupted her lunch break. I get that you’re tired but there’s a certain level of respect you give to people. I would have been totally fine waiting until she finished instead she gave me an attitude throughout our entire interaction. I’m going to get in touch with her supervisor, fingers crossed she gets fired.
Absolutely worst service at this location. Staff are rude, impatient, and do not care about your needs whatsoever

Went to my appointment ms rochelle was very nice in fast love her energy and she amazing go to her anytime
Sometimes chaotic, but most of the time the wait time is minimal. The staff is professional and the blood draws are ouch free. It only gets chaotic when the patients are not familiar with the sign-in procedures.
