Sydney is the best. I’m a fainter but not with her. It’s so hard to find a good phlebotomist. She’s amazing. I will forever come here as long as she works here. The other staff members are sweet too.
GPS will take you to the service entry. Entry location is not clear. I called 3 times from the parking lot for help to find the entrance. No one picks up the phone. It puts you though to an answering machine, which is not super helpful when you’re in the parking lot looking for directions. Signs in the parking lot are not clearly marked. Often cannot find orders they do have. When pressured, they magically appear. Never has a phone that is answered. Never returns voicemails. Not once. It's a joke. You're being compensated for services. You should provide the full scope of those services with some amount of competence. Patients should be able to reach you with questions.
Friendly, fast, and efficient. In and out in 15 minutes for the entire process.
Rude staff. Also in need of process training. They didn't know what to do or who to call when there was a technical outage. They wouldn't do a blood draw even after I walked to the doc's office and came back with a paper order. Wouldn't explain why they couldn't do it....
