This place is exceptional. The process is always smooth and they are incredible kind and patient. Can't recommend it enough!
Very much wanted to leave a good review… but immediately it was bad news bears!!! Number 1: Everyone in the waiting room looked stressed and frustrated due to wait times. Number 2: The front desk ‘Imaging’ gal working on 8/10/26 around 11am was SO incredibly unkind… I wasn’t even there for imaging nor did I interact with her (thank goodness). Extremely disappointing experience. I went in to drop off a specimen sample and also had blood drawn. One of my tests took almost 20 days to be processed, and the other never appeared in my patient portal. When I contacted them, I was told there was no record of my blood ever being drawn — even though I was physically there and had it done. In other words, my sample was apparently lost or mishandled. This is completely unacceptable for a medical laboratory, where patients rely on proper handling and tracking of their specime... read more
After Labcorp took over and ruined the lab at Legacy Meridian I started to use the lab at Cedar Hills. It was OK, for a while. Then they lost my standing order. The same standing order I've had for at least every 3 months for 6 years. Luckily I was able to get in touch with my doctor right then and get the orders faxed over AGAIN. Then twice they sent a bill to me without first sending it through insurance, even after one of those times I specifically ASKED them to send it through insurance. Today I had a 4pm appt.
