I was here for a drug screen (urine test). Expect to "perform" without any assistance (no drinking water provided). Seemed like there only one staff member attending to everyone that visited. This person wasn't the most welcoming, but I was glad to be in and out in 20 minutes.

not sure why there are so many bad reviews.. I’ve been here twice, once for a blood draw and today for a drug screen and both times it went super smoothly. I came in today with some questions and was promptly assisted with. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The lady helping me was also very nice and respectful.
This place is awful...crowded, the check in procedure doesn't work, the staff is borderline rude. Prepare to wait for a very long time. You'll also need to fast for 12 hours (not 8), but none of the pre-work comms will tell you that. And you will need to share private info (phone #) or they will turn you away; and it's not necessary, so I guess they're selling that.
