Roberta was amazing. I get super stressed and afraid of blood drawns. She made the whole process simple and easy. Highly recommend this site if stressed about blood drawn process.
Fast service exceptional staff.
The tech was so sweet and so good at her job drawing blood. She put me at ease and I'm thankful for her skill and care. I felt terrible for her that management had her working alone and doing everything else with a lobby full of people at 7am. Such grace to handle all of that and then calmly draw blood from each person. Step it up Labcorp, don't let your good employees down with this lack of support. The bad reviews about wait times are management staffing problems, the staff here is great.
Said they Can't read lab orders. The st francis location sure can. Non helpful employees.
I visited this labcorp location yesterday for blood work, etc. They are always fast, courteous, and efficient. A big shout out to Roberta who was wonderful, kind, and made routine tests not so mundane. She was a real joy from check in to completion. That woman deserves a raise, especially in this day and age where everything is perfunctory. Thank you, Roberta for your care and kindness. You brought a smile to my face.
