I am terrified of needles and don’t do great with blood. Pricilla was so kind and gracious. It’s embarrassing to have such a strong reaction to something so small and routine. Patient and understanding people like Pricilla mean so much to people like me and make the world better. I had to get enough blood for dozens of tests so it took much longer than a normal blood draw. Priscilla was AMAZING. I am what they consider a "very hard stick" where hospitals have to stick me 15 times and maybe get a vein for blood draw. Priscilla got me in one stick! Over 5 vials worth too. She was kind, sweet and meticulous with her work. She talked with me, answered my questions and talked me through her process. She kept me calm and comfortable. Great lab visit, great staff, until they let my blood sit around until it was too late to test it. Got a call back to come in and redraw my blood. Last visit to anything owned by this company. Wish I could get my $120 back!
