I had a very disappointing experience at the Labcorp location on 3100 Quakerbridge Rd in Hamilton. The staff member who drew my blood was not communicative and was very rude. After the blood draw, I was left with significant bruising and hand and arm pain, which has been uncomfortable. The woman was unprofessional and terrible. I hope management reviews staff training and communication standards to improve patient care.
They were very fast , polite and efficient, it wasn’t overly crowded The address is misleading The entrance is actually located on Sloan AVE, as per Google maps correctly shows The official address of the entire shopping center, however, is 3100 Quakerbridge road Shopping Center is Located on corner of Quakerbridge road and Sloan Ave
Went twice to get blood drawn and both time they blew my vein and was a giant lump
