The front office ladies (the big ones) are so rude. They were acting like they didn’t want to be here and were terrible to people checking in. My daughter had the wrong name written down due to their trash kiosk check in system and the lady in the front was rude and said “You need to make sure you’re putting in the correct name because now I need to change it” Excuse me?! This is the absolute worst place ever, they are RUDE, MEAN and unorganized.
The gentleman who drew my blood was the BEST phlebotomist I have ever encountered in terms of finding the place to stick and sliding in the needle with zero pain or "fishing around" in my arm. Wow! I'm sorry I didn't write his name down for this review, but I don't think you can request specific personnel. Hopefully some manager there will read this and look up my appointment and give that man his proper pat on the back, though. Seriously, if you are afraid of needles, this guy could cure you of that. Made an appointment one month ahead of time then was given the excuse they tripled book appointments that why it was such a long wait I missed a doctor appointment and had a $50 copay I had to pay because I missed it labcor I dealt with for the last 15 years today was the last day terrible service and front desk girls were baffled had no clue on what time they could get me in!! Overall terrible service half star
