The few times I have been there I have had Lilly, who has been so kind and efficient. I was once there as a walk-in where she was alone at 7am with a busy/full waiting room doing check-ins and blood draws by herself, and she was so kind to every person that walked in the door. She needs to be acknowledged. Thank you Lilly!
Staff was rude and dismissive
This place is run by absolute clowns. I’ve booked an appointment three times, and they’ve canceled on me last minute every single time. The first two cancellations came within a two-hour window, and today they didn’t even bother to call at all. I called them at least eight times and left multiple voicemails trying to reschedule because my lab tests are time-sensitive. No one ever returned my calls.
