I had a 8:00 appointment. Got there 5 minutes early. I left at 8:15. They texted me at 8:34 that they were ready to see me. I don’t have time for this bullshit. Never going back.
LabCorp canceled my appointment one hour before it was scheduled at 8:15 AM as they close the entire office for the day. Very unprofessional, no way of knowing if they will actually keep the scheduled appointment time. I am never using LabCorp again.
I live in Sonoma and my doctor accidentally sent my labs to LabCorp instead of Quest, even though I had specifically requested Quest, which is within walking distance of me. I was in a rush for my results, so rather than wait to get it corrected, I booked an appointment at the LabCorp in Napa and made a special trip. Huge mistake. The online booking system wouldn't let me add my insurance ahead of time, so I figured I would provide it at check-in. I couldn't. The few times I have been there I have had Lilly, who has been so kind and efficient. I was once there as a walk-in where she was alone at 7am with a busy/full waiting room doing check-ins and blood draws by herself, and she was so kind to every person that walked in the door. She needs to be acknowledged. Thank you Lilly!
