Just absolutely awful!! Why Providence went to this company is shameful! If you enjoy waiting hours for routine bloodwork this is the place for you. They need someone to help with the check in also. The elderly people don’t understand the electrical check in, having a person for them would be helpful. I didn’t mind helping but I did leave 🙂

I’m at this lab quite frequently for various lab work every few months. Everyone at this Labcorp location is genuinely so kind. Just sitting in the waiting area for 10 minutes will give you a sense of what they deal with on a daily basis from people who can’t seem to follow directions. I had a 10 45 apointment today there girl at the front desk brighten my day.really not feeling well she had a friendly and welcoming attitude .if there girl that drew my blood had a positive attitude
I’ve gotten my labs done here 3 times now. I’ve had a positive experience every single time. They always do a great job and make me feel comfortable. Addison did a great job doing my blood draw and got it the first time with no problems very quickly. She was so kind. And another kind lady who said she has been doing this for 14 years. I didn’t get her name but these ladies do such a great job. Thank you guys.
