My PCP associated with UAB Medicine in the building sent the lab order within 15 minutes. All I had to do was check in, and LabCorp already had my orders. I was able to check in within 5 minutes. However, whoever drew my blood was not skilled. I've never had problems getting blood drawn until now. When she inserted the needle, the blood was coming out slowly and then stopped. Good experience. Went on a Friday morning. Total time was about 1 hour. The blood draw was painless.
I appreciate the kind assistance by the front desk assistant and she also drew my blood samples. Tamika was extremely efficient, fast and professional. Thank you!
Wow! First time at this location and not Only is the LabCorp team very friendly and professional, the phlebotomist was amazing. Had I not seen her stick my arm for the blood draw, I would not have known she did. I did not feel anything.
Naomi was so helpful. Answered questions well. Staff was nice. In and out in 20 minutes with the online check-in.
