For Blood draw arrive well in advance before 3:30pm, when the samples get dispatched. Also, don't forget to collect the parking slip at checkin.
I had blood drawn on a Friday, with two tests being ordered. One was a B12 test, which I was anxious to find out about because it affected something else more serious, and it takes only one day. When I requested those results the next day, they emailed me to say they don't split results and I'd have them in 5-7 days. This is a very poorly run facility. My wife went on line and made an appointment for 7:45am. She even got a reminder email about her appointment. She got there at 7:30am and no receptionist in place. When someone finally came into view, she asked about her appointment and was told they don't do appointments, everything is walk it first come, first serve. Why have an appointment system online if you only do walk ins? And they are BC/BS preferred provider. BC/BS needs to do a better job qualifying those they deem preferred pro... read more
easy to set up an appointment got there checked in and was out in five mins bllod work results were sent to my dr. within 2 days staff was funny and polite
Very nice staff, I was in and out in 20 mins!! Definitely make an appointment ahead of time
